Personal Party, Meeting & Event Planner

How Can I Be Of Service?

  • With my background in education, travel, technology, television and event planning I feel confident I can plan the right venue for your event that will provide great memories and entertainment for you and your guests.
  • One of my favorite jobs I had for 8 years was being the Personal Assistant, Set Decorator and Production Assistant on the  "COOKING WITH BETH & BILL SHOW".  The experience of working with this creative and wacky duo, I have acquired a large network of chef's that are available to cater that special party.

One of my most satisfied and frequent clients is "THE QUEEN OF CLEAN®" My newest venture with Linda is I am planning her Wedding on October, 4, 2009 in upstate New York.  Check out our posts on Facebook.

  • Feel free to e-mail or call me with any questions.  I'll be glad to respond back to you within 24 hours unless I am working an event out of town.

Thank you for checking out my website, it is updated often and with new pictures.  Remember: If you are looking to make planning a party easier, let me bring my organizational skills and creativity I have acquired over time to your service.  Loyalty, discrete service and having the right connections is what Brian's Events is all about.

NEW RECIPE: Chocolate Butterscotch Chip Cookies

(ONLY 5 ingredients)

* For best results, stir with a wooden spoon, do use a mixer.

  • 1 Package of Devils Food Cake Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Golden Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 Package of Butterscotch Chips

Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, egg, oil and brown sugar until blended. Stir in butterscotch chips. Batter will be dry. With hands, shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake for 10 - 11 minutes until tops are set.  ENJOY!

                       Cinnamon "Fried" Ice Cream

Did I say fried? No Way! This crunchy broiled Mexican Ice Cream is just as delicious as the high-fat, deep-fat fried ice cream.

  • 3 cups of cinnamon toast-flavored cereal, crushed.
  • 6 scoops (1/2 cup each) vanilla ice cream

Place cereal in a shallow pan.  Quickly roll 1 scoop of ice cream at a time in cereal to coat. Place the coated scoops of ice cream in a ungreased jelly roll pan, 15x10x1 inch. Cover and freeze about 2 hours or until firm.

Set oven control to broil. Uncover pan. Broil scoops with the tops 6 inches from the heat for about 30 seconds or until the coating is light brown.   ENJOY
